Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and occasionally highlighted friendly staff and comfortable beds. However, the most frequent complaint was about poor cleanliness, with many reviews describing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and lack of proper housekeeping. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or quality. Service was also inconsistent, with some staff members being helpful and others less accommodating. Overall, the location is a strong point, but significant improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
