Pros (+) Convenient before or after flight. Free airport shuttle to and from the hotel and also shuttle service to local town Narita and shopping mall.
Cons (-) Rooms are a bit dated, but were clean and comfortable.

Pros (+) The hotel staff was very nice.
Cons (-) This is not an airport hotel. It is a long way from the airport. It was a 25-minute drive to get there after having waited half an hour for the hotel shuttle. In the morning, I had an 7:15am flight and the hotel shuttle to the airport does not start until 7am. The cab cost 40$.

Pros (+) The service was stellar and blew away my expectations. It was comparable to past 5 star experiences.

Pros (+) I stayed one night on my way out of the country and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is about a 30 min shuttle ride away from NRT Airport so budget your time carefully.

Pros (+) All overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly the rooms were very clean but a bit older. The hotel is a little far from shopping but it's nice and quiet. The only downside was the shuttle buses to and from shopping and the airport. The buses were not driven well and they had a strong odor. I would have no problems staying there again the staff was fantastic.

Pros (+) The front desk was very accommodating. We checked in and when he found out we were not flying out til 5pm, he gave us a late checkout no extra charge. It was a very relaxing stay

Cons (-) Room was not as advertised do not get stuck in the older wing of the hotel, was very old and run down, requested to be moved and was moved, staff was fantastic.
