Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the airport, and a variety of amenities such as onsen access, shuttle service, and kid-friendly facilities. Many enjoyed the breakfast and found the hotel pleasant for short stays. However, several reviews noted that the hotel and its pools are showing signs of age, with some facilities in need of renovation or better maintenance. The pool area, in particular, received mixed feedback, with some guests disappointed by cleanliness or limited access.
