Cons (-) Facility was not clean, I understand there isn't much that can be done about the seagulls but something needs to be done about the overwhelming smell. Sidewalks and parking lot could be hosed occasionally. It's a shame, the location is convenient, walking distance to the beach and restaurants however the owners really should take some initiative to have the place look presentable.
