Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location near attractions like the Grand Ole Opry and downtown Nashville. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with the breakfast quality, cleanliness (including reports of bugs), and the small, outdated bathrooms. Room size and comfort were also commonly mentioned concerns, with several guests dissatisfied with bed comfort and room assignments. Ongoing renovations and construction noise further detracted from the experience for some visitors.
