Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to attractions and venues. However, there were frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, outdated rooms, and maintenance issues such as broken TVs and a pool that was often unavailable. Many guests also reported negative experiences with the service, including rude staff and problems with room assignments. While a few found the pricing fair and the area safe, the overall sentiment was impacted by dissatisfaction with amenities and upkeep.AI-generated from customer reviews
