Pros: Nice staff. Reception staff spoke English and were very friendly. Beautiful pool area with lots of chairs available. Fun exercise and dancing in the pool facilitated by pool staff. Breakfast buffet good. Sit outside. Weather beautiful and if lucky, you will be entertained by the local monkeys.
Cons: More varieties at breakfast and less bread. Love the hotel overall.
Pros: The swimming pool area.
Cons: There wasn’t a concierge to solve minor things during the stay, so whenever we needed to talk to the staff we had to wait endlessly in the same line as the guests checking in or out. A nightmare!
Pros: Exterior facilities were good. Swimming pool, etc.
Cons: Towels looked like rags. Room maintenance was poor. Shower did not work properly.
Pros: Clean and new facilities English speaking staffs Good buffet restaurant
Pros: Las piscinas, muy cómodas las instalaciones
Cons: El menú podría ser más variado, precios muy elevados especialmente el agua, que está 10 veces más Caro que en un supermercado.
Pros: The best location. Lots of fun for kids. Entertainment if it rains.
Cons: Small room for 2 kids and 2 adults.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Swimming pool area is clean. What say about the room view .. awesome!
Cons: There were always few people on the hotel reception. That's why was so common to shee long queues
With a stay at Aquaria Natal Hotel in Natal (Ponta Negra), you'll be steps from Ponta Negra Beach and Morro do Careca. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Room is good, location is good as well. Staff very respectful and nice!
Pros: It was a very good vacation at Aquaria Natal Hotel. The pool was wonderful and kept nice. All at a reasonable price. Would stay again and recommend it to others. Liked the kitchen and refrigerator in the room.
Cons: Could have been some bowls, plates, and other useful things in the kitchen. The air conditioning in one bedroom did not work well and kept going out. Would have liked to have stairs to use from the pool up to our floor instead of elevator. Only Daniel spoke english, wish more would have.
Pros: The staffs were amazing!! Carlos Eduardo and Walter!!
Pros: Great for family vacations Just across the beach Kids friendly
Cons: The access card blocked several times
Pros: Loved the breakfast and location.
Cons: My swipe access card had to be replaced sometimes twice a day...there was a battery fault they said but did not fix it???
Pros: From my check in to to check out, I felt that everyone was trying their best for me and my guests to enjoy the hotel and the area. Daniel at reception not only gave me and my friend a spectacular corner room with great views but also was advising us on what is worthwhile to visit around the area and was also promoting the excursions so we can see lakes and other beaches than Ponta Negra. Carlos Eduardo and Henrique were also very friendly while assisting with our suitcases and Carlos in particular helped us to get a Buggy driver. From the restaurant, Wendel stood out, even though he is a supervisor he did not mind assisting me on how to place a room-service order (in Portoguese!!!) . Our cleaner Edianeub, was a smiling lady and the room was always spotless after she was cleaning. In general people were smiley and attentive and offering solutions when needed. No need to say that I am already advertising your hotel and the area, through my Instagram posts and through my stories. Thank you for looking after us so well!!!
Cons: The only thing I was not really happy about, was the breakfast buffet. great variety of cakes and fruits and the quality was also good. All of the other options though were not attractive neither to my eyes or my taste...Thankfully you had the omelette station, so the food from the there was a safe choice and the service from the chefs there impeccable.
Pros: The staff, the bathroom
Cons: The lack of kitchen utensils, the tvs were a scam, the air conditioned, the noise from the street (even with windows closed), the bed was super uncomfortable
In the heart of Natal, Holiday Inn Natal is within a 5-minute drive of Dunas Arena and Natal Shopping Center. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Natal? This hotel has facilities measuring 25834 square feet (2400 square meters), including a conference center. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The breakfast was fine, and the location suited our needs (great if you are going to a game at the Arena) Wifi was great and the beds comfortable. You are not far from major shopping mall. Nice view from the room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Being picky - it was a little hot in the breakfast room. Floor got a little slippery in the bathroom, when wet.
Pros: The room was very comfortable and the hotel is in general very nice. The staff was always kind and helpful. Cleanliness was very good. Thermal insulation of rooms seemed very good, as we rarely needed to power up the air conditioning, which by the way was working well. The hotel looked very safe.
Cons: I am surprised by the reviews that say the hotel is in a good location. Perhaps for who comes by car. If you don't have a car the position is not convenient. It is far from the beach and there are no many shops or restaurants around. The only place where you can have lunch or dinner by walking is a nearby pizzaria. I came for an event in UFRN and it is quite close, but you still have to use a taxi (or Uber) because there is not a convenient walking path. Considering that, you don't save much time comparing to staying in Ponta Negra.
With a stay at eSuites Vila Do Mar in Natal (Via Costeira), you'll be a 5-minute drive from Craft Fair of Ponta Negra and 5 minutes from Handicrafts Fair of Artists Beach/Meio Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Planning an event in Natal? This hotel has facilities measuring 18697 square feet (1737 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location, view, food
Cons: Staff could be more pleasant and receptive.
Pros: We had a great stay and will likely be back in the future. On-the-beach location is awesome. Staff is super friendly.
Cons: Food menu could offer a bit ampler choice, and pricing is on the expensive side. Kitchen takes about 40min to prepare orders. No deal-breakers here, just room for improvement.
Pros: The only thing I liked about it was The pool in the Beach
Cons: Staff was not friendly and the food was horrible cost me more money to stay there because I had to keep going out to eat to survive I don’t recommend this property to anybody
Pros: the hotel staff was fantastic. very helpful and accommodating. the common areas in the facility were nice - the pools were great and there were options for the beach. there were no bugs in the beds (the location we were at prior to this one had them!) and the tv and air conditioning worked. the rooms were decent size.
Cons: the location was challenging. there were few options to get there other than taxi - so that was expensive if you intend to come & go. for this reason it was nice they had food on-location, but the food was just okay. breakfast was rather good though, and included free, so that helped!
With a stay at D Beach Resort in Natal (Ponta Negra), you'll be steps from Morro do Careca and 2 minutes by foot from Ponta Negra Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Natal? This resort has 12648 square feet (1175 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Once we arrived, the lobby was really chic looking but very hot since there was no air conditioning. I was the first to arrive at the reception, and was just handed a paper to fill out with no greeting whatsoever....more people arriving were also handed a paper. So whoever filled it out first gets to check in- they need to be better organized. Also, there was no explanation of where to go to find the room, what time were meals, or the shows. Parking is 10 reis a day (which sometimes is full), towels for daily use of the pool or beach are also an additional cost, and if you are disabled or need wheelchair or golf-cart assistance, it also is an additional cost (which was like $5 reis or something and would go to some philanthropy cause- a little strange). The hotel accommodations are broken into 4 "rooms" in a single bungalow style building...spread out behind the reception building...so if your 'lucky' like we were, you might be walking (with your luggage) all the way up the hill, 6 buildings back! (If you're physically fit, then it'll be okay..if not, this hotel may not be ideal for you...we walked A LOT....once we forgot the room key and had to go all the way back down...) Breakfast was awesome, the food is great and there are a lot of options...it's just really hot because there is zero air-conditioning. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, but the bed was like a brick, but the rooms have air conditioning and the working staff are really friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful since you're next to a lot of shops and restaurants, and of course, the beach (Mango's is a little restaurant with a nice 2-for-1 chopp nearby, and all the crepe kiosks were delicious). However, the street of the hotel is on a dead-end so once traffic hits, it can be a bit frustrating. The pools at the hotel are great, but close around 7 or 8 p.m. unfortunately.
Cons: Lots of hills to get everywhere, rooms, pool, restaurant.
Pros: I arrived from the hotel yesterday night so everything is fresh in mind, so it should be smooth. The hotel is great. It´s right on the Ponta Negra beach and it has two ways to access - the main entry for the reception and the one on the shore that gives you access to the beach. It has three sets of pools on two different levels so you can have kids on upper level and there´s another pool for adults that has a kind of bar on it (but was not operating on our stay there... might be for high season) and the view is excellent. On the shore access entry, you can walk along the shore and visit many... many... many stores and restaurants. Everything a tourist needs and wants, also with options to find touring operators offering rides to different points - from lagoons, to beaches, to diving, to dunes - they have it all. If you do not get a car, Uber is available also with another App option (99Pop). Breakfast was GREAT with options for eggs (scrambled, fried, omelet) and also tapioca. Coffee, milk and tea is available and juices and yogurts. They have options for breads and cakes and some other options like sausage, yuka, cuscus and croissants. Really good breakfast that you sets your way for the day. The rooms... now I need to explain. The hotel is kind of located on a hill, so there are plenty of room units, but you will need to go along ramps or get some shortcut through stairs and it´s all outdoors. If you get room 534, you need to go to level 5th to get your room. No elevator, no easy way. I read they have a kind of electrical car that could take you to higher rooms, but that is available through evaluation of the need and also through a donation. If you have mobility issues or kids, the lower levels are savers, but keep in mind that they are also more expensive and more deluxe style (I´d say premium rooms) but the view from the upper rooms is gorgeous since there´s nothing to obstruct your view. The staff is great, they manage to please me, and rooms had a large umbre
Cons: The first room I got on level 4, the shower was not the best (I did not complain about it), but the AC unit was not working properly and no control of it whatsoever! We called the front desk and we went for a walk to give them time to "fix" it. I told my wife, that would not be possible. On our way back, I guessed right - everything was the same, so I called them, and they manage to get me room on level 5. More stairs but the AC was perfect and our nights were chilled. As strategical as it could be, on the last two days they contacted us to offer a better room and I thought it was because of the AC of the first day, but they explained that the resort was on low occupation, so they were moving guests to lower levels. That was a smart move since they keep most guests together and it makes hell of a lot easier for housekeeping with no need to keep moving to higher levels and that would make easier and faster for everyone. Thumbs UP for the logistic there. Just to note something that annoyed me during the night. The bed was supposed to be King or Queen size, but in fact it was two single beds together (two mattresses) that you could feel the junction of them while sleeping.
Pros: The room we've got is far from being the one in the frame picture. The food is not good, the restaurant is always full of people, hard to get good meal. You should be lucky to get a room where you don´t need to climb all the way up the hill. Getting to the room can be as doing a mountain expedition. No internet above in the hills. We arrived at 7 pm the room was not prepared for 4 people and they only got the beds by midnight.
Cons: No internet outside the pool, long distance walking up the hill, not enough crew for the job they need to do.

Cons: The breakfast it was very poor old food.
With a stay at Pousada Italia in Natal (Ponta Negra), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Ponta Negra Beach and Morro do Careca. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It was in a quite location and well run. Only a five minute walk to the bar and restaurant area, a few minutes more to the beach. Very good value for money with a decent breakfast
Cons: There was a little noise from the pool area and the bathroom could do with updating, no toiletries provided. This is minor issues
Pros: Breakfast and facilities
Cons: Location at night must take an Uber. Wi-Fi slow.
Pros: Great variety at breakfast. Clean. Pool was nice.
Cons: WiFi slow with frequent disconnects.
Pros: The property is located about five minutes away from the beach, very good location. The staff were super friendly, always making sure my stay was perfect! If you need anything, don’t be afraid to ask, they will certainly help you out! Everything is beautiful there, the gardens, the pool, the decorations. Outside areas are a great place to rest in the shade. There are parking places inside, all the place is indeed very safe, as are the surrounding areas. I strongly recommend it, and I’ll certainly come back!
Pros: Everything. Has 2 pools. Great breakfast. Staff and owner very good. Very spacious gardens with fruit trees. Comfortable chairs outside too. Barbecue areas. Very green homely and absolutely marvelous! We loved it. Highly recommended for a frequent traveling Genius client like myself. Congratulations!
Cons: Toilet seat needs cracked... otherwise ok
Pros: Spacious garden with 2 pools. Very green with fruit trees. Marvelous breakfast. Owner and employees were great.... very happy place. 2 spoilt cats keep the place homely. Very close to everything. ...you can walk.
Cons: No shampoo holder in shower. No hand towel. TV fitting too low.... one hits ones head if not careful.
Pros: Friendly staff, good location, excellent facilities, very nice rooms.
Pros: Location to beach
Cons: Security personnel are very poor and don’t bother to assist if you can’t speak Portuguese
Cons: Incredibly noisy hotel, it looked like fun for most, but if you are looking for rest, avoid it. I have spend on average half an hour a day at the reception, which is by far record for me. They retype huge amounts of data even though they should receive it through reservation.
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean and big rooms. Nice shower.
Cons: Check in took more than 90 minutes. WiFi doesn't work well. It is really a place for families, not so much for young couples or young people.
With a stay at Soleil Garbos Hotel in Natal (Ponta Negra), you'll be steps from Ponta Negra Beach and 14 minutes by foot from Morro do Careca. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Absolutely marvelous... The staff and the facilities.... they spoil you ....loved it
Cons: Could use a microwave oven
Pros: Facilities service location ....marvelous. Highly recommended Very comfortable with excellent staff and services. Easy access to the Hotel.
Cons: Lacking plates and cutlery The view from 301 is limited. The apartments in the front have a better view
Pros: Everything...top marks also for effort....we love this place, and the staff really pamper us.... highly recommended folks!
Cons: Could not print an email... but nearby it was possible
Pros: It is a beautiful building, but sadly very badly managed. The staff is nice and efficient, but the owner/ management should do some serious thinking. I was given a room with a balcony facing a huge damp wall just a few meters away. I asked to be moved because it was simply depressing and I was promptly upgraded to a better one. It faced the other side of the street and a bit of sea above the building opposite. I complained about two minor faults in the room and they were promptly fixed. The breakfast was as sparse as they could get away in a Brazilian hotel, however, the lady who prepared and served it was very pleasant, obviously hard working and cooks a great tapioca (there was no sign inform guests that they could request it).
Cons: It is obvious that the hotel had seen better days and is being run on a budget. The rooms are huge but scarcely decorated. A lot of space in the apartments with no use. A living room with only a shabby sofa. It advertises a kitchen, but it is just an skeleton, with nothing, no microwave, no utensils, no hob. Unusable. In fact, there is no kitchen just a waste of space. They were also mean on the little comforts, like no bedside lamp. Maybe they don't expect their guests to read in bed! How much do they cost in IKEA/Casas Americanas? I booked a room for one person and on the second day, they removed the second bath towel. I arrived at 11.30pm from a long haul flight crazy for a swim, but the very small swimming pool is only open from 10am to 10pm. There was no beer in the fridge on the night I arrived, just soft drinks and water. There is a charge of R$5 for a help yourself coffee machine on the lobby. The whole atmosphere felt just mean. After the two days I had paid for in advance, I moved to a much better hotel for a just slightly higher tariff.
Pros: Everything...absolutely marvelous... well placed...nice layout and pool...lots of green... staff very professional and forthcoming... flats nicely furnished and spectacular sea view. Top marks folks... the staff are the best!
Cons: All ok

Pros: Comfortable hotel, location is nice, good breakfast despite of lack of natural juices except for the orange. Beautiful view and great, clean swimming pools and kids club
Cons: Aged property, definitely not as shown on pictures, I expected more for what I've paid. Some smell of mold in the hallway, mirror in our vanity bathroom was rusty, some fences were missing pieces, moldy walls, definitely needs some love, disappointing
Pros: Location and breakfast. The employees were very friendly
Pros: The staff was super friendly. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Just in front of the beach and 3 pools.
Cons: First two nights they gave us a room with view to the laundry of the -next to- hotel. Not what they promote on their website. We asked for a change and they immediately booked us in a better room!
Cons: The juices, you could offer some out of a variety of regional fruits, such as cajá and graviola, just to mention my favorite ones. And the cakes could be better also. There are very good recipes out of corn and the Sousa Leão one, that I know is from Pernambuco, but we may find it easily in Ceará as well.
Pros: Excellent location, close to the best restaurants (Camaroes, Mangai, etc). Friendly staff, always helpful, good foto team that took great pictures of us, very good matress and amazing shower (not very common in a lot of hotels).
Cons: Could have a jacuzzi (spa pool), that would be good for after a day at the beach. It did had a sauna though. But, please work on the jacuzzi. Could have a bigger TV at the looby.
Pros: room, location, clean and pool, are features hotel amenities. great!
Cons: Breakfast and staff could be improve.
With a stay at Flat Pousada da Praia in Natal (Ponta Negra), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Ponta Negra Beach and Morro do Careca. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: Location and staff

Pros: Near to the beach, good breakfast, clean and nice staff.
Cons: Nothing to mention
Pros: Good facilities and friendly staff.
Cons: Nil ion note
Pros: Just a location
Cons: The front desk doesn't accept payment w/digital wallet or credit card app.i request the manager to discuss about but he didn't accept,he said if I don't findway to pay cash or with credit card present fiscal he can't accept me in the hotel,I was very frustrated to us because we travelled with out cash all ways never had this issue before,so I had to call an friend to come over from other hotel and make the payment with his credit card present and solve the issue, other wise my vacation would be a nightmare.
Pros: The breakfast was great.
Cons: I went to the pool area. I tried to order a coffee but the woman behind the counter was on her phone... I tried again 1 hour later and she said she'd make me coffee....I went swimming. Then. One. Hour. Later. The coffee never came. I'm still wondering where that coffee is...I would never have booked this hotel, if I knew this was the standard. Instead of using that poolbar for the duration of my stay, I went to the restaurants on the sea and spent my money there :) The price you pay is not worth it, I changed hotel and went to a much better place with service.
Pros: Pool Breakfast location cleanliness
Cons: Insuficiente TV channels. Such a good tv and almost no channels and only one in high Def. Room not the same shown in the Fotos. 208 was cramped and you could not leave your luggage on the support without blocking the corridor. The balcony was big enough yet no hammock. Lighting in the WC insufficient for make up etc.

Pros: The room was great, the bed qas very comfortable and the room was very clean, breakfast was also very good.
Cons: Nothing, it was all very good.

Pros: EVERYTHING!! Lucy and Osvaldo are the best, very attentive, friendly. Just amazing people. Location is perfect - close to everything, the beach is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and items to order if you want. The hotel is small, which is great IMO. Room was spacious, comfy bed. Will be back!

Pros: The view was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The breakfast served was abundant with natural juices, tapiocas, fruits, bread, cakes, eggs. A really tropical breakfast. Our room had a balcony with a fantastic view to the sea and beach. The pousada has transfers to bus station, airport and Pipa beach. The pousada is located at around 3 blocks to catch up the public transportation. It is a good and cheap way to get to the main malls of the city "Natal Shopping", "Midway Mall" or "Praia Shopping". Verônica helped us with all questions or doubts about our stay in Natal. We give the thanks for her support anytime.
Cons: The AC is very noise. So we used the fun. Could not regulate the temperature using the control remote. It seems like the temperature is fix. The light on the balcony didn't work. We let the reception know about the issue and it is was not replaced during our stay in the room
Pros: The staff was so sweet, really enjoyable and helpful. Verônica, the manager, is always trying to help you when you need. Also the lady who works at the breakfast is really incredible, helpful and accessible. Always helping. The breakfast is good, not a lot of options but it’s ok for the price and The view of the beach while you are eating is amazing!!!! The location is near the Morro do Careca, but a bit 5-10 minutes walk to the beach harbor with restaurants. At night, around the location, the streets are not with a lot of people and a bit dark, but I was never in danger walking with my mom. There is a stair/hill to get to the hotel when coming back, just exercise. I loved the place and would come back without a doubt! The price is great.

Pros: The hotel staff - unhesitatingly helpful and charming
Cons: The pool - a raised and heavily overlooked affair The restaurant for breakfast - gloomy, with a vast array of sweet pastry. For a British palate, not much of what you want - toast, jam, unsweetened cornflakes etc. The restaurant for dinner - dark (the waiters carry torches so you can read the menu!), the entrecôte steak was no more than grilled gristle (and quite inedible) and the ambiance was unjustified pretentiousness.
Pros: It’s in a very pleasant location nearby the Ponta Negra beach and with a kindness staff. It has a traditional decoration and cleaned facilities.
Cons: Mattress so soft in my opinion but it’s not a big problem at all.
Pros: We booked for only 1 night after a long flight. We were glad to have a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast. We walked on the beach before continuing on. It was a pleasant stay.
Pros: This was the best hotel that we had in Brazil. Very big breakfast was nice. The hotel room was very good, especially the big single beds. We very appreciated very fast check-in mostly because we arived at 1am in the morning. The staff was helpfull during our whole stay. The beach was just 5 minutes by walk. And overall it's very nice when everything works during your hotel stay as it was in this hotel. I would definitely recomend this hotel.
Cons: Nothing in my opinion.
Pros: about breakfast and the location of the hotel. Excellent
Cons: improve reception service (check in and check out) I had a bad experience with the service
With a stay at Ocean Palace Beach Resort & Bungalows in Natal (Via Costeira), you'll be a 2-minute drive from Ponta Negra Beach and 7 minutes from Morro do Careca. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location and facilities/pool area are excellent
Cons: Basically, the hotel is showing its age. It claims to be a 4/5 star facility, but it's hardly a 3 in our opinion. The rooms need to be refurbished and cleaned up. It's time for better beds adn bedding, the bathrooms need lots of work. Same for the hotel facilities in general like the restaurants and bars. We were there during the World Cup 2014 for the US game so paid premium for our stay. But had it not being for the game and the fact that hotel rooms were hard to come by, I would not have stayed there for the price.
Pros: The kids club was quite big, clean and with a lot of activities. the hotel is sitting right on the beach which gives him a nice view on the ocean. The pizza restaurant is quite good
Cons: Lack of cleaning in other areas, the main restaurant clearly lack of quality. People were allowed to go shirt less in the main restaurant. Broken glass bottles by the pool and there pools were not always very clean. Clearly more like a 2 star hotel, we also saw few people sick due to indigestion.
Pros: The servers that work around the pool are excellent. If you want to stay with drink in hand I suggest you get very friendly with one of them. They will make sure you get to enjoy your all inclusive drink package, oh and they actually serve you. It's the only service this place has. Unlimited Heineken, Stella, Budweiser, Coca Cola, Coca Cola 0, and water. The breakfast has a la carte tapioca and eggs/omletes. The filet mignon at the French place was good. The poolside food is probably some of the best on the resort. You can see it coming out hot and fresh and theres enough of what you want. They do a good job of mixing it up every other day. The server working in their can and is willing to fetch you drinks and or condiments etc. Oh and theres self serve ice cream! The gym is comprehensive. You can definitely continue your routine in there. It has a smith machine, leg press, and one free bar with plenty of weights to throw on it. 8 treadmill or more and 1 bike. Plenty of machines like 10 I think. It has two cable intensive universal with pull up bar in the middle and plenty of attachments. There is space to put a mat down and do abs and there is plenty of mirrors and free weights. I went with my wife who is pregnant no kids. But this place looked like a kids heaven. The staff looked very involved with the kids and they definitely have plenty of stuff for them to do. The poolside activities were entertaining and enjoyable and that team works their butt off, hats off to them. The views are excellent. The bungalow I had was literally in front of the beach, it was amazing, only experience can really capture how nice the view was.
Cons: Most everything at this all inclusive resort besides pool drinks is self service. I personally don't think you should advertise all inclusive resort without specifically stating all inclusive self service resort. If you are a couple and looking for relaxation this isnt your place. Kids everywhere, no restrictions whatsoever it would have been nice to know that before booking. French Restaurant had a 2 or 3 day wait. It is assumed that they make the guest reserve in advance to handle the amount of plates accordingly with enough staff. Well, all I can say is that in about 45 minutes to an hour we got 1 cup of wine. Asked for 1 coca cola, then had to interrupt the server to ask for a second coca cola and all in all after reminding him my wife was able to have a second coca cola after waiting about 15 minutes. The food was never hotter than warm. My wife's main entre was cold she got the seafood option. My steak was good and warm, not hot, but the sweet potato was cold. All in all if you wait 3 days to eat somewhere and the service is horrible, and the food is cold to Luke warm, I can say it wasnt worth it. We finished our plates and no one came over to pick them up in about 10 minutes and at that point we decided to go to the buffet for dessert. Utterly disappointing that the hotel makes a big deal out of this restaurant and they dont staff it with enough people or they dont have the right staff. They charge for parking which is bs. You cannot walk to this place it's not close to anything. Nonetheless its pricey for no valet and no cover. You pay to park your own car far as hell away from your room and in the hot sun and like I said it isnt cheap, I wish I knew that before booking. Beach has 0 service other than someone pointing to a free umbrella and or chairs. Other than that, at the all inclusive "resort" you have to again self service your drinks, food is out of the question way to far for all that.
Located in Natal (Ponta Negra), Manary Praia Hotel is steps from Ponta Negra Beach and a 2-minute drive from Morro do Careca. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Perfect restaurant Convenient location
Cons: The attitude of hotel management that spreads out to all employees Their language is to threaten you for everything (it starts with signing a document that if you lose a towel you will be fined by BR$ 10, till the way they communicated to reserve Christmas eve’s table, very aggressive and non professional) Don’t expect a good morning from any body If you want to order something in Breakfast (which is free) you need to have lots of patience and when they offer you a small cheese bread they ask 1 or 2? Like you can’t have 3. Once I asked for water by the pool, they told me I have to buy it. I said OK but it’s Brazilian law that you need to provide filtered water in the restaurant, the answer was yes, you are right but we don’t do that. Go to reception if you have a problem. All in all complete lack of management and you won’t feel welcome. They want to save peanuts and will treat you in a way that you cannot feel you’re possible welcome, not even close.
Pros: A delightful boutique hotel right on the beach promenade
Cons: Cleaning of the rooms by staff is clearly an exercise not to be hurried
Pros: Location and services are really good, 100% recommendable. For sure we will back.
Cons: nothing at all
Pros: Location is top.
Cons: On sunday after breakfast We could not use any of the 6 available sunbeds. I suggest during pick host presence to propose more sunbeds.
Pros: It is a very reserved stay, not that many rooms. Even if the hotel was full we had the pool mostly for ourselves. The staff was extremely helpful and food was great if a little expensive.
Pros: Great staff, very good breakfast, beautiful location, fantastic ambience with a good restaurant. One of the most relaxing hotel stays I've had.
Pros: I have stayed in this hotel on various occasions over the last 6 years, and have always been very satisfied in all respects. The staff very amenable, the feeling of being in a small hotel , well run, personal attention etc. The ocean directly in front of the hotel, a small pool area, but with a lovely outdoor bar/restaurant, all help to make the stay enjoyable. Food has always been very good, and service too. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.
Pros: We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second, very relaxing place right by the beach with a nice pool area and restaurant facing the sea. The staff were lovely, very friendly and always happy to help. We stayed at a place further down the coastline that week and kept commenting to each other how much cleaner Manary was...
Pros: Stylish decor, room, pillows, bathroom, top seafront location, beach, superb poolside restaurant and perfect hotel maintenance.
Cons: Small and cold swimming pool. Beach amenities, like sunshades, are removed at 3PM. 10% service tax added to the bill.
The Praiamar Natal Hotel is located in the best area of Natal, on the seafront of Ponta Negra beach, internationally recognized by the cove of warm water, which has at the bottom the Careca Hill, the most famous postcard of the capital of Potiguar. Our hotel in Natal is also close to thebest restaurants, bars and sights of the city.
Pros: The bedroom was nice and cozy. The breakfast is quite good (perhaps could have more types of fruits). The staff is nice and prompt to serve you. The conventions space is very large and well furnished and equipped.
Cons: The shower area is very small. Wifi was unstable, although fast most of the time.
Pros: The staff was nice, the location is OK. Not much more.
Cons: They did not give the room that I expected, after two days the toilet began to leak and I asked for them to fix it. After a few hours they did not fix it, so I asked for a new room. This new room was slightly better. So the problem was solved, but I had to insist a bit.
Pros: Clean room.
Cons: The hotel facilities are outdated. Some renovation to various issues e.g. room provisions are needed. Hot water was not always available when needed.
Pros: We had a terrible first night at praiamar hotel. The day after we moved to Praiamar Express where most things worked pretty well, except for the breakfast after 9:00 am. No coffee available for instance. On the other hand, the room was clean, no mold like Praiamar bathhrom where there was mold everywhere. The shower was cold. The mattress was old and had a bump in the middle. Praiamar EXPRESS has wonderful staff and is clean an quiet.
Cons: praiamar hotel didn’t work at all. Dirty, broken and full of mold, dirty and old towels.
