We reserved two beds but when we arrived they said it was overbooked and we had to use one bed.
The requested room was not available had to stay at a cheaper room
Staff helpfulness and friendliness. Staff engagement was minimal. Guides for getting around the hotel - it’s a big place.
Really nice contemporary feel to the hotel rooms with a breathtaking indoor resort and a stunning view of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge. It's well-maintained!
Everything within the resort is pretty overpriced. Their parking is outsourced, so it doesn't seem it can be integrated into your hotel bill (especially during events at the convention centre portion of the property.)
spacious and clean
quality seemed poor. Small TV, plastic cups in the rooms. Supar for the level hotel.
Spa, on site restaurants
Room not clean - elevators had food in them (same food found for two days). Room entertainment did not work
Property"s location was perfect.
Beds are too firm. Not a very comfortable sleep experience due to firmness of mattress,
Very unique hotel. A nice experience.
Pillows are too small but not a huge deal.
Everything very relaxing.long
Long walk to room.
More business than fun
Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good location. Clean. Staff at breakfast (jenie) was great. Beatrice our housekeeper was awesome.
Roof top bar was closed. Wait staff in steakhouse left something to be desired. Coffee bar poorly run. Lobby bar poorly staffed. Drink machine didn't work properly.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. All of our needs were addressed instantly
Nothing not to line
