We had a bar tender (sports bar)that was just cold and almost rude. However the old Old Hickory steak house was exceptional. (Prices were high). Though the greeter could use some work, young. Pleasant but, young. The food was wonderful and staff very professional. I was not offered a map of the facilities. I want to use the gym. But I don’t have a clue where it is. The elevator directions of use should be labeled better. Struggled with use the first time. The atrium is very nice. However a window to the outside would be nice. No ceiling fan. So a little stuffy for sleeping.
Prices a little high overall for what you receive. No map offered. Elevator instructions not given at desk and poorly posted in elevator. No men’s clothing sold within the resort.
