Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's location, proximity to the beach, and the availability of a pool. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Breakfast was frequently criticized for its poor quality, lack of variety, and use of disposable cups. Service was also found lacking, with complaints about unprepared staff, poor organization, and slow response to issues. While some guests found the pool and location positive, overall impressions were negatively affected by cleanliness and breakfast concerns.
