Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews of this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests complained about poor cleanliness, unhelpful or rude staff, broken amenities, and maintenance issues, with several describing the hotel as unsafe or unwelcoming. Problems with air conditioning, hot water, and room keys were frequently mentioned, and some guests felt the location was inconvenient or unsafe. However, a smaller group of guests had a positive experience, highlighting the clean rooms, supportive staff, good amenities, and convenient location near major attractions. The hotel appears to offer a budget-friendly stay for some, but overall, negative experiences outweigh the positives.
