Cons (-) I didn't actually get the chance to stay here, as I received an email after booking through AMOMA that the hotel was closing and my room would not be available.
Pros (+) Good location and the Hotel was clean.
Cons (-) Upon check into the room, we did not have all the amenities in the room as per the booking it was to be double room with a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. Also the toilet did not operate at all in the room. Also I was charged for 4 days valet parking when we only stayed 2 days.
Pros (+) The hotel was beautiful with very friendly staff! Great location! We were right on the edge of Bourbon St. and Canal St., but also close to the Superdome where we attended the US Women's' soccer game! Cons (-) The wait staff was slow and unprofessional but the rooms are so nice the 15 minute wait for valet is worth it
Pros (+) the rooms were very modern and very clean... We had problems with the ice maker but the staff helped us out.. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. I enjoyed the room the location and the stay.
