Hotel was clean but room did not have a window. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom.

Key machine was broken, so I was unable to enter my room without an attendant at the front desk escorting me the whole trip. Plus they charged me an additional $50 for some reason and there's no receipt sent to me so I know what it's for
