Pros (+) The rooms were renovated and decent for the price.
Cons (-) There was too much activity. It was obvious that there were lots of people who live at this hotel. Those residents were not shy about talking about illegal activities VERY loudly. I had to call the front desk at 7am. When the staff person answered he had been sleeping. He also seemed irritated that I "called so early". I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Cons (-) Someone isn't spending enough time managing the help. It's the little things that add up in places like this. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom Kleenix holder and someone had left an open hair conditioner bottle on the countertop with the other stuff.Over 1/2 of its contents was already gone when I arrived. Those are my experiences.
