Kayak overbooked this spot so they had no rooms available when I arrived. Needed to find alternate arrangements. Have not received refund yet and will not be booking this location again.

Pros (+) The location was great: just off the 86th Street Line 1 station and with Central Park just next door.
Cons (-) Bunk bed was hard and spartan!

Pros (+) It was dead cheap, the staff were reasonably polite and friendly. 24hr check-in is useful.
Cons (-) You get what you pay for, so don't expect good bedding or complementary anything. The lockers didn't work on the room, so no secure storage.

Pros (+) The location is good (close to subway and with 24/7 services nearby), Central Park, etc... and staff members always nice and helpful, it was always clean and quiet, not a noisy backpackers place... Ba...
Cons (-) It looks like a pension, and common areas are not necessary accommodating, there´s a kitchen which is OK and some "lounge" area in the basement but I wouldn´t say there were cool places to hang out at...

Cons (-) The mattress size was really little, the bathroom seat was so old, it looked dirty. They really need appropriate door locks, because the other ones had tape on them

Cons (-) I had to sleep with clothes on because the room (210) was very cold. Also the bathroom was not clean. Someone else had left a pizza box in the garbage can and it remained there for two more days.
