Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing major attractions. However, many are disappointed with the breakfast, citing limited variety, poor quality, and overcrowded dining areas. Room sizes are frequently mentioned as small, which is expected for New York but still noted as a drawback. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are seen as inattentive or unaccommodating. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though a few guests report issues with room cleaning and amenities.

Christopher, Nov 2024
Location is fully in the mix of the 5th avenue bustle, and hotel is clean (which we love), but it is not necessarily the chicest vibe. It'll get the job done.

Pros (+) Clean room, small but well organized. Well located for mid-town business meetings.
Cons (-) Cheap soap products and poor water pressure in shower. The lobby was packed for the free breakfast in the morning. Lots of tourists.
