Pros (+) Large rooms for New York. Mini kitchen.
Cons (-) Property feels tired and in need of renovation. Elevators were slow and troublesome. No silverware or plates in mini kitchen. You will get dinged with a daily facilities fee.

Pros (+) Great location and good price. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) On one of the days we stayed, the entire hotel's air conditioning was out for almost 24 hours. Pros (+) Location was great and staff were courteous. Decor is modern.
Cons (-) Shower was dirty on arrival with hair from prior guest. When arriving we turned on the lights and a cockroach scurried across the floor. The room was hot and The air conditioner didn't work.

I also didn't care for the decor in the hallways or room I stayed in. It seemed very dated and in desperate need of some modern updating. I also felt the complimentary toiletries were very disappointing and so was the $5.99 charge for printing tickets from a desk comput...
