Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and the overall atmosphere. However, several reviews mentioned that the rooms are quite small, which is typical for New York City, and some guests felt the value for money could be improved due to hidden fees or high prices. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as service and location stood out.
