Pros (+) Great price for the area. Room was small (typical for NYC) but clean and updated. Restaurant had a very good breakfast and the rooftop bar was a great place to get some views of the city.

Pros (+) Convenient location, clean rooms, free standard wifi, put a mini fridge in our room for us, we were able to check in a few hours early
Cons (-) We heard a lot of noise in the hallways- other people talking and doors slamming. It was difficult to shut the door without having it slam loudly. Monday morning we walked out of our room to see that they were replacing the carpet on our floor. That's where the noise that morning was coming from. It would've been nice to have a heads up that carpet was being replaced on our floor during our stay.
