Pros (+) This was truly an amazing stay for our family. The staff was very courteous and kind, the location is excellent. This is an area with other nearby hotels, however we would choose again Kimberly in a heartbeat. The balcony is also unique for New York and the views are breathtaking. Cons (-) Despite the furniture appearing high quality and almost eclectic, the room seemed dated. I think it was due to the carpet, maybe it could be replaced. At times there was a funky smell, probably from the air conditioner. I know this type of unit, they tend to build up humidity and that can smell a bit. Nothing that opening our big balcony window wouldn’t fix.
