The room was noisy. It was located next to something mechanical that made quite a bit of noise.

The Factor tonight I checked in there was no blankets on my bed and they were having problems with the laundry service. That's not my problem ! there should be sheets and blankets on each bed before they rent the room out ! Also, I asked for a wake-up call never received it. I needed to get a cup of milk on Saturday night and even though they're were staff in the restaurant/ store, they told me they were closed and would not allow me to grab milk and a bag of chips. Not cool !

The staff were very pleasant and courteous, and the location was good for my business meeting.
The room was very small and cramped, to the point of being claustrophobic. Unfortunately, in New York small hotel rooms at extraordinarily high prices is the norm.
It was clean, nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Maid tried to clean the room at 8:00 am...
Have to follow up multiple times with staff
Requested staff to provide additional towels and shampoo bottles. Had to call them three times from the room and then at the counter in person for this to happen. Otherwise stay was great but wish they could have quick follow up and better attentiveness from staff.
There was no adapter available even at the reception for the European plug mobile phone charger
For "type" and "class" of hotel, breakfast should be included. It's a solid stay and would recommend.

Although I had a good experience, I felt I overpaid a little bit - $334 on a Saturday night. For that price, it would have been nice to have breakfast included.
Location is excellent and there are variety of restaurants there. Subway station is one block away. Staff at the hotel is very welcoming and helpful. Valet parking only.
Front desk was friendly and helpful (put me in a double bed room much higher up to avoid street noise). Bed was comfortable, furnishings and amenities were nice. A.C. unit had a "fan always on" option for white noise - nice touch.
