Pros (+) It was very clean and private
Cons (-) This is the secomd time we have visited this hotel. Same experience both times at the bar...not very friendly or service oriented. I get the sense they don't enjoy hospitality. The check in staff was very friendly but slow response for check in. Room was not available and communication between staff was minimal in terms of getting room ready.
Pros (+) Big, beautiful rooms and an easy, peaceful atmosphere. The double queens room was bigger than anything we've stayed in recently and had a large fridge and a crib for our baby boy, which was perfect.
Cons (-) The hotel seems a bit run-down in some ways: the spa is closed for good, the rooms have a "room service" menu but when you call by phone, nothing is available so actually they'd be better off advertising that they just don't have room service; the front desk doesn't answer the phones very well.
Pros (+) Staff was friendly; pool and water park were lovely
