Pros (+) The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and nice linens. This hotel should have a higher rating. My husband liked the 24 coffee in the lobby.

Cons (-) Room was very disappointing..we had a large puddle of water on the floor that had to be wiped up. Called for service. The drapes had several large holes in them..very obvious and horrible! No coffee pot in the room. this was our fifth choice hotel on our trip. This was the "free" one. that was assigned to us and we were not allowed to cancel. Pros (+) It's very close to the falls and shopping malls. Convenient location
Cons (-) The breakfast place was small and crowded. Not much choice in the breakfast. I didn't like that the sink was in the room and not inside the bathroom.
