Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access the city center, restaurants, and attractions. The service and hospitality, especially from staff like Suzanne, were frequently highlighted as warm, helpful, and accommodating. Many guests appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the thoughtful amenities such as kitchenettes. However, some reviews noted issues with cleanliness, and several guests found the hotel's accessibility challenging due to steep stairs and lack of elevators, making it less suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
