Pros (+) Location close to 395 and route 2 is very helpful. The Pantry restaurant next door had a GREAT breakfast.
Cons (-) This is 2.5 star at best. Rooms are not well insulated to sound, lobby is dated and not very inviting. Desk staff is hard to find because they were out front. We stayed to attend a family function. We'll have to find somewhere else. I will not pay money to stay there.
Cons (-) not enough staff, had to wait to check in. the line was five peolpe deep and slow moving. Decor very poor. no decorations on walls, main entrance not customer friendly. Breakfast was not ready. Had to wait for the person who knew how to cook the eggs...1 hour. poorly set up, needed more condiments, selections of cereals, no oatmeal...
