Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many reviews highlighted clean and comfortable rooms. However, a major recurring issue was the frequent malfunction of the elevators, which caused inconvenience for many guests, especially those with mobility concerns. Some guests also noted issues with the spa, room size, and value for price, but overall, positive experiences with service and location stood out.
