Staff were very friendly and helpful. The English speaking member of staff went above and beyond to help us book taxis. The breakfast was generous.
There was no real atmosphere in the hotel as it was so empty and small. Calling our room "room with city view" was misleading because the hotel is on the ground floor and looks out on a school. Main attractions were about a 45minute walk which is long in the Summer heat.
Staff was very friendly. The hotel is far away from the busy main roads.
If the hotel is full, the walls between the rooms appear thin. Walking towards Baytrek tower and the nearby restaurants, requires a long detour.
The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located close to the President palace and main square of the new city (due to construction works the way was quite complicated and a little bit scary at night).
The hotel is on the ground floor of a living building. You can hear all the related sounds from outside. The beds in a twin room are very narrow. The bathroom was poorly ventilated, so it was constantly wet with corresponding smell.
The staff could be more smiley and welcoming. They are just neutral and straight face until you approach them. They do their job but no friendly body language or smile
Great hotel: clean, comfortable, good location and helpful staff. We arrived into Astana in the early hours of the morning and the hotel arranged an airport transfer for us. They also let us check into our room early for no extra charge.
