Pros: "Crew was very accommodating of my needs."
Cons: "The flight left 2 hours late. This is a problem in the bigger picture of air travel. The process of boarding, the service, and actions of the crew were all great."
Pros: "Seats and crew are the best"
Cons: "Flight time, also business class was almost empty, if I received an email I would have bet for upgrade"
Cons: "Mechanical troubles caused a 2 hour delay in departure. Otherwise, the flight was good as usual."
Pros: "Crew was friendly, flight was relatively empty so comfortable."
Cons: "The flight was delayed two hours... three and a half separate times. Finally left around 7 hours late."
Pros: "I liked the time and care that they took to help those that needed assistance."
Cons: "In Tbilisi boarding was delayed and there was no information about the delay. The gate wasn’t even announced until the expected boarding time."
Cons: "There was no personal entertainment system nor USB port for charging."
Pros: "Flight was punctual. While the crew did their job, they didn't seem as friendly as usual with Air Astana."
Cons: "The Boeing 757 is a narrow cramped aircraft for such along flight. It would be good to have an aircraft with not so narrow seats, such as the A320 or A321 or B767 on longer routes. No boarding announcement at Almaty - they just opened the door and you had to "know" that it was time to board."
Pros: "I always enjoy travelling on Air Astana. There were not many people on the flight, so the crew treated us like VIPs! Flight was punctual, comfortable."
Pros: "The crew was super friendly and the plane itself was nice, but the seats were uncomfortable and there was no inflight entertainment."
Pros: "Price Travel kit"
Cons: "The flight attendants ignored me every time they serve drinks. Even when I push the button it took them 10 minutes to get there and then they forgot to bring my water. I had to ask again. There were some Kazak people in front of me, it did not even take two minutes to bring their water. I don't understand, I guess staff is afraid of speaking in English. The aircraft was old and not comfortable."
Pros: "Liked? Nothing. I came up with a new slogan for them based on my experience. "Turkish Airlines: Shoulda flown Lufthansa""
Cons: "Didnt like? Everything. Ataturk is filthy and literally reeks. Gate crews, ticket counter personnel, flight crews are pretty rude and simply refuse to answer direct questions if they dont want to. Seem genuinely displeased if they have to bother speaking any language but their own to communicate with international passengers. Customer Service i believe is merely a joke to the entire company. If i was a religious person i would pray no one ever has to use their feedback system or try to communicate with their customer service group by phone. Thats what i get for being American i guess, just higher hygiene standards and expectations on service for the price paid."
Pros: "The check in assistant put us on an earlier flight to Istanbul we didn’t mind as our next flight was at 8pm so had hoped to leave the airport."
Pros: "almost nothing"
Cons: "The same food every time and its not high quality - even in Business class. The business class seats are uncomfortable, they don't recline far enough or provide adequate leg and foot support. The breakfast is not good at all and they seem to fry or provide stale croissants and danishes - they are always so hard and difficult to eat. the flight is always delayed and boarding chaotic."
Pros: "I loved the amount of attention and consoling that was given to an ailing elderly woman on my flight to Turkey! On my flight to Ghana the attendants were so gentle and provided a lot of ammenities. Oh and the hotel was an amazing experience and respite especially after the run-around at the airport. Thank you"
Cons: "I did not enjoy the run-around I was given in trying to find the hotel desk. “50 meters then turn left” was the anthem. All someone had to say was go outside the airport and you’ll find the hotel desk! Hehe thank you Turkish Airlines however! Thank you."
Pros: "Facilities are really nice"
Cons: "I only got one boarding pass at the check in."
Pros: "Modern and comfortable planes, service was nice and friendly and the food was amazing which isn't very common when requesting a special meal."
Cons: "the passenger sitting next to me got drunk on 4 glasses of whiskey and was invading my personal space at some point he was even trying to touch me. I think he was allowed to drink to much which caused this issue"
Cons: "They forced me to check my cabin bag. It met their dimension requirements but said weighed too much (what does that have to do with space in cabin). They they lost the bag so I'm on vacation with no clothes."
Pros: "Attentive crew, great food including perfect attention to our pre-arrangement for vegan meals. Good entertainment selection."
Cons: "No wifi at Istanbul airport."
Pros: "Friendly and at tentative staff. Being timely."
Cons: "That there was nowhere at the Berlin airport that we were told to drop luggage at B25....all we saw was to board at A4 which is where we sat until it was time to board. Then they guy said I could not carry on my bag, I had done so coming to Berlin from SFO, so made no sense to me. So we had to dash to B 25 and then back to A4. The other thing, having an extremely painful back, there was nowhere for me to sit during the time of going through security etc. All caused stress and enormous pain."
Pros: "I sat on the right side of the plane this time and I was more comfortable than last time where my seat did not recline. Food was great and this crew picked up the dishes much quicker than my first flight"
Cons: "I asked for white wine and lady gives me red. Then I asked for the correct one and felt an attitude only then confirmed when I rang the attendant button it took them 18 minutes, yes, I counted to come to my seat. Then I asked for another drink. This lady was not as nice as the rest of the crew and I observed. I'm sorry but I'm flying 13 hours I will be asking for things."

The flight was cancelled and I had nothing but problems with Lufthansa for 5 months leading up to the flight. I will never book with Lufthansa or through Kayak again.

It's my first time on Eurowings and it didn't meet the standards am used to from lufthansa.

This review has nothing to do with the airline! We will never book through your site again. Florida was in a state of emergency and we needed to change are flight due to a hurricane because of the good chance the airport could close. Chat deal did nothing to help with getting out of Florida early so are trip was not ruined.we had to buy a new ticket and lost out of a lot of money.we where willing to drive at our own expense to Dulles and catch our flight but was told if we didn’t get on in Florida we couldn’t have any of our flights we paid for not even the return flight. Very disappointed in your site

Flight was delayed because it took a really long time to get the plane ready. Boarding was not well-organized. Sandwich with zucchini for breakfast is certainly cheap and has an interesting taste, but not a great combo.

Excellent staff, overall good flight. However, quite a few crying toddlers for 10 hours makes it less pleasant

My flight was canceled And I am still waiting for a ticket to get back home. Really poor customer service.

Pros: "Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude"
Pros: "A340-600 is a wonderful plane, but economy is too cramped. The stewards do their job of feeding the "cattle", which lacks any personal service."
Cons: "The terminal updates of terminal and gate notifications were wrong! If we had followed your email and gone to T3, we could have missed our flight and be worn out from changing terminals."
Pros: "Very friendly, helpful and communicative crew."
Cons: "Only complaint: the touch screen on the seat back was oddly unresponsive and this made it a bit difficult to interface with the various in-flight entertainment options; the streaming music in particular."
Pros: "Super easy boarding, just scan your ticket and go. Staff was very friendly. On our short flight from Munich to Rome we were served a complimentary sandwich and option of beer, wine or other refreshments. There was plenty of leg room compared to our other recent flights"
Cons: "There was no in flight entertainment. Not that was really needed it with such a short flight."

Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.

Cons: "The flight was delayed for other travelers but that caused me to miss my driver"
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "Don't cancel the flight and ignore customers when trying to re-book flights."
Pros: "The flight Sofia - Warsaw was more than 1 hr late. The crew never apologized. Was arrogant and unhelpful when we asked for gate information to our Warsaw-Stockholm connection, which we barely made. The Warsaw-Stockholm flight, operated by Nordica was the exact opposite experience. Crew was awesome!"
Cons: "Train LOT staff how to not embarrass themselves and their company w arrogance and ignorance."
Cons: "Flight got cancelled in the last minute, information was scarce"
Pros: "Crew was OK"
Cons: "Business class seats are awful, as they are for all European flights. Regular seat with middle seat unoccupied. No entertainment at all (no movies, no music)"
Cons: "The check in was very late and not very efficient"
Pros: "Confort"
Cons: "Very poor English for rhe crew. Not all of us speak Polish. The crew was rude."
Pros: "Offers one of few direct flights to Barcelona from Warsaw"
Cons: "The agents at the gates are always rude. They were talking behind my back assuming I don’t understand Polish. As almost always with LOT, the flight was delayed."
Pros: "like the team .drinks.food.the gift . confort .place .slept very good . thank you very much for service"
Pros: "Flight was on time."
Cons: "Check in line was very long and boarding was very unorganized."
Pros: "Cheap ticket prices"
Cons: "Bad in plane services Very bad in payments Lake of latest aviation regulations"
Pros: "Cheap price with basic seats but all in good order and plenty of leg room"
Cons: "The check in processes was very very slow"
Pros: "The flight was on time."
Cons: "Gate was in a new addition to the SAW AIRPORT. Far from cafes and shops. After deboarding from the plane, it was a bit unclear whether to board a bus or walk into the International Terminal. Perhaps more frequent flyers are familiar with this routine, but signage would assist new passengers."
Pros: "Cheap price"
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats. Race car type no recline, no food included, overnight flight yet lights on board remained fully illuminated."
Cons: "Extremely cramped, non-reclining seats, no pocket in seats, not even a glass of water, no entertainment options of any kind, checked-in suitcase arrived damaged."
Cons: "Old plane, really crowded seats, the air crew doesn’t bother to clean the lavatories. Those who are working that is as the toilets up front were out of order..."
Pros: "Not worse than any other low cost airline. planes are new and cabin personal was friendly."
Cons: "Boarding was delayed due to delay of other plane. Cabin was really hot"
Pros: "I'm actually surprised about the flight. The pilot was good and I think he was a pro. For a budget airline, Pegasus was good."
Cons: "We had only problems with the delayed luggages. The boarding was not on time but I don't think it's a big deal because we arrived almost as scheduled. No entertainment at all and comfort was not a priority but it's okay since it's a budget airline after all. But it would be better if they consider comfort of flyers even if it is a budget flight because flying is a serious thing and can cuase a lot of anxieties to begin with."
Cons: "Food not included in price of ticket. Food offered for a fee was very limited. But then again the flight was less than 3 hours."
