Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness, with many noting that rooms and common areas were well maintained and pleasant. The pool was also a highlight for several guests. However, experiences with service were mixed, ranging from friendly and helpful staff to reports of rudeness and unresponsiveness. Bed comfort received varied feedback, with some guests finding beds comfortable while others found them lacking. Breakfast was a recurring point of dissatisfaction, with complaints about quality and value. Overall, while cleanliness and amenities like the pool stood out positively, service and breakfast left room for improvement.
