The staff were very friendly ad extremely helpful. The atmosphere of the villas was very charming. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The walk into the centre of Oia was very pleasant.
The bathroom was a bit dated.
The view from the hotel was realy excellent. Nice pool and friendly personal.
Hotel management and staff were very attentive and they really did their best to accommodate our needs, answer our questions and offer advice. Very clean rooms and pool. Approx. 15 minute walk to the center of Oia or they offer a shuttle service. The view is the best thing about this hotel as you look over the Caldera. Nice taverna right across from hotel.
Bed was a bit hard but we got used to it and we needed to ask for more pillows which were supplied immediately. Breakfast is quite poor unfortunately - you can see that they try to serve a wide selection of food which is nice of them (yogurt, canned fruit, bread, meat and cheese) but the quality was lacking. We would rather have had a basic breakfast of cereals rather than too much food and have it not be very good. None of these issues were a big deal and they would not stop us from staying at this hotel again.
only the view
the hotel is very expensive and far away from the oia center, about 30 minutes upwalk. We have cockroach and lizards in our Bathroom!
Wonderful location, beautiful views, super-friendly and helpful staff, and very affordable rate compared to other hotels in the same location. The standard studio we stayed in was perfect for a couple and had a large private patio just off the pool. The room was well decorated and very clean. The included breakfast was also nice. Of the five hotels we visited during our stay to Greece, this was definitely our favorite!
The balcony was spectacular..
The breakfast is a joke. Bread, butter, jam and yoghurt. I had to buy my own cheese and salami. Also, the air conditioning is not good enough. We were swealtering in our beds.
The view was spectacular, the hotel is not right in Oia, but a 10 min walk away which was not a problem.
The hotel itself was very noisy, (especially at night!) We were on the ground floor, although we had requested top level, because they were fully booked. The 'buffet' breakfast was just bread, jam and yoghurt, along with some sort of orange cordial and tea or coffee. Some people were taking their own cereal down for breakfast.
It would have been helpful to have detailed information of the location of the hotel within Santorini -- I never found that on your site or on the web.
Beautiful outlook over the Aegean and the Volcano
Beds weren't very comfortable
The view is incredible and the balconies are fabulous. Also, the breakfast was very good. The staff was very accessible and friendly and very helpful.
The beds were not very comfortable--springs poking into our back. Also, it is about a 15-20 minute walk into Oia.
