Pros (+) Terry was very friendly and helpful at check in - staff seemed very friendly - room was clean and roomy - loves having the microwave and fridge available. Very important to me
Cons (-) - mattress was old and was largely sunken in where people have slept over the years. - neighbor going in and out of room late in the evening... the doors are extremely loud. Sounded like slamming doors for about an hour. It was infuriating as I was woken and kept awake by the chaos. needed to be awake for a work event the next morning.
