Pros (+) I booked online through Kayak wasn't for sure how the system worked. She explained it to me & she performed excellent customer service. I didn't get her name she wasn't wearing a name badge. So I would give her credit on her knowledge & her outstanding service while I was there. It's very convenient place to stay. It's right by the Fla Mall.
Cons (-) I didn't have any complaints at this time.
Pros (+) Almost nothing cause I really don’t like the place.
Cons (-) To remodeling inside of the room, and the bed line , and the pool must always have towels , and the need a technician for the place. ...
Pros (+) Decent hotel
Cons (-) Dirty sheets. Smelled like water damage.
Pros (+) It was a super clean place
Cons (-) Price was amazing, front desk the most nicer.
Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient. The room had a little vit of a smell to it but thats nothing new to Florida hotels and overall the room and facilities on-site were clean.
Cons (-) My card was charged twice when I checked in. Waited in a huge line at checkout because only one staff menmeber at a very busy time. Many people were upset and the police were even called. Bad customer service .
Cons (-) the worst ever i did check in i went to the room i found bes bag right the way i wen to show them they changed the room to one even more dirty ..never ever think to stay at this hotel
Pros (+) The room was nice had it been cleaned properly
Cons (-) The room spelled like marijuana, the floor was filthy, there was black on the bathroom walls, the breakfast was a waffle and a banana in a hot room with no air conditioning. The check-in took 45 mins because there was 1 person who had to answer the phones as well.
Pros (+) Price
Cons (-) Lobby smelled musty and furniture was visibly dirty and unwelcoming. Staff was courteous and pleasant. Our rooms had mold on bathroom walls and covering vent in shower area. Rugs looked like they weren't cleaned in a long time yet alone vacuumed. Ripped, dirty lamp shades. Our rooms were cleaned only on cursory basis; caked on dust and dirt between beds and night stand and alongside furniture. Smu...
