Pros (+) I booked online through Kayak wasn't for sure how the system worked.She explained it to me & she performed excellent customer service. I didn't get her name she wasn't wearing a name badge. So I would give her credit on her knowledge & her outstanding service while I was there.It's very convenient place to stay. It's right by the Fla Mall.
Cons (-) I didn't have any complaints at this time.

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient. The room had a little vit of a smell to it but thats nothing new to Florida hotels and overall the room and facilities on-site were clean.

Cons (-) My card was charged twice when I checked in. Waited in a huge line at checkout because only one staff menmeber at a very busy time. Many people were upset and the police were even called. Bad customer service .

Pros (+) The room was nice had it been cleaned properly
Cons (-) The room spelled like marijuana, the floor was filthy, there was black on the bathroom walls, the breakfast was a waffle and a banana in a hot room with no air conditioning. The check-in took 45 mins because there was 1 person who had to answer the phones as well.
