Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful
Out dated bathroom. In dire need of remodeling. Needs a little more maintenance
The location is great if you're going to universal. The staff was friendly as well but other than that nothing was impressive about the hotel.
The hotel at least in the photos appears much brighter and more modern than it actually is. The room reminded me of something you'd see in any old motel and the beds were noisy and cheap feeling. Our room was not very clean, there were spots on some of the linens, hairs stuck to the shower wall (from before we arrived) that never got cleaned in the 4 days that housekeeping supposedly cleaned the room while we were out. They charge you a convenience fee for the water/coffee in the room, parking, wifi etc, which would have been fine with us but they failed to replenish the water or coffee after the first day as the card in the room promised. Lastly the elevators were in poor repair, once I had to pry the door open to get out, the key card stopped working twice in the first 2 days for the room door, and the hotel "restaurant" isn't really more than a simple buffet. Luckily Hash House is just down the street, go there for breakfast. I was pretty disappointed in this Four Points as I've stayed at some in the past I really liked. As you can see there was a lot that went wrong, I'm not a picky person but it adds up.
Very out dated.
THE ROOM CABINET DOOR HAD SOME PROBLEM.ACTUALL IT CAME OUT OF THE SLOT. WAS NOT PUT IN PLACE DURING OUR 5 DAY STAY.
I expect more from this hotel, it is old and and the rooms are not clean, the badroom was dirty, im very dissapointed....
This hotel was very clean and has a good location. for the price paid, very high value for money. Highly recommended. Free parking and wireless internet are the best of all.
Lovely huge beds in this hotel.
It was very noisy, even thought we were on the 11th floor, the street noise and music from the putting course out front was very noisy.
Value for money, clean room, large bathroom, free shuttle service to Universal, Seaworld, I-ride station just in front of hotel, proximity to food
We asked for King bed (via booking.com but got double queen bed instead)
We loved the games room, esp pinball, shame the pinball was slightly broken tho. I also enjoyed the pool.
We didn't like the ice machine being brokenand the toilet breaking for the 2nd time on 2nd vist, although was fixed quickly,
On arival was not given a room as booked after heated discussion the room was changed however the room given was an upgrade and was invoiced for $234.00 not agreed rate
friendly, helpful staff, fun decor
would have liked more inexpensive food options
Convenient location with I-Ride trolley service close by. Nice pool area (but pool was small). Room was clean and serviced efficiently.
The room was large. Beds were really comfortable.
I liked the convenience of the shuttle to disney world and the beds were very comfy!
I wish the had free internet somewhere... maybe a computer in the lobby for people to use. Also, complimentary breakfast would also be nice. We stayed at the Tampa Best Western Inn right after this and they had both of these things for a lesser price per night.
