Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional service, highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location was frequently mentioned as excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. Cleanliness and comfort were also strong positives, with many guests noting immaculate rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast generally received positive feedback, though a few found it limited. Some guests found the rooms small, which is common in Paris, but this did not significantly detract from their overall positive experiences. A few negative comments focused on room size and occasional maintenance issues, but these were outweighed by the positive aspects.AI-generated from customer reviews
