Very friendly staff Great location. We stayed for the Philadelphia Marathon and it was just perfect!! Would definitely stay again.
The room size was great it was like a studio with walk-in closet and kitchen
it's kinda old but that what all Philadelphia is about 'classic'
Location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a kitchenette, and the room, bedding, etc. was all very comfortable. The rooftop pool was also very nice, and we were able to take a dip in the late afternoon after a hot day of walking.
The renovations to the lobby weren't complete yet and we had to pay for valet parking, but these didn't impact our stay. We will come back again!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, beautiful decor in the lobby as well as in the room. Very clean and beautiful.
We loved everything.
Had a small kitchenette with full fridge/freezer. Not far from a trader joe's by walk. Great for extended staying and someone with specific food allergies/requirements.
Parking fees not mentioned on website. You have no choice but park valet at the hotel and parking fees are $40 a night.
We loved the in-room amenities, such as the full kitchen with appliances, dishware, cooking utensils, and sink. The view was outstanding, and it was really nice to have parking on-site.
There was no room service, which was a bummer after a night out. We were able to get delivery, though.
Stayed here during some muptiple day medical appointments at UPenn. Although i didn't feel well, the staff was courteous and prompt. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean in all key areas--not a stray dust bunny, hair, or smudge to be found. No indication of "bugs" and I always check, regardless of where I stay. The bed was comfortable and the towels were thick and absorbent. Room service was prompt and friendly.
There was some hallway noise, but it resolved on its own. At checkout there were some angry guests but they had lost water due to a frozen/broken pipe that maintenance was trying to fix asap. But it was in the minus double digits. I can't blame the staff for that.
Convenient location close to some fun restaurants and bars, as well as the Amtrak station. Spacious rooms with full kitchens.
The fitness facility had plenty of machines and equipment, but wi-fi did not work there, as it was in the basement, and several of the televisions were not functioning.
I like the home feeling of the unit, it made it a nice place to retire to with a full kitchen.
The bed made me itch, hopefully it was the laundry detergent, and nothing more serious.
The location (right on the Parkway, one block from City Hall) was great & even our room on the inside of the building had a decent view. The staff (especially the parking attendants) were very friendly & went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The rooms were nice, clean & very spacious, especially for a city hotel. The parking was a little pricey, but the attendants were great - upon check-out, they took our bags to our car & had no problem with us keeping the car at the garage while we spent the afternoon in the city (had we used a public lot, we would've had to pay for 2 days anyway).
The lobby was a bit small & impersonal (the staff was friendly though). The hotel is still undergoing renovations, so even though the rooms were completed, the hallways still are not & are a bit dusty & gloomy (but since we weren't sleeping in the hall, we really didn't care).
That most room have kitchenette within them along with a small table that can be used for eating purposes or small meeting..
