Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and city access. Many guests also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and linens, as well as problems with the quality and variety of breakfast. Service at check-in and responsiveness to guest requests were inconsistent, with some guests experiencing delays and unhelpful staff. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast quality.
