Staff were attentive and helpful for the most part, occasionally seemed a bit disorganised in the restaurant, but responsive when asked for things. Free laundry is a nice service (and very unusual these days) but I wasn't there long enough to use it.

Pros: Easy to get in to town! Hotel staff super helpful -5 items per guest washed for free each day which was amazing! Food and drinks were so good and great value! Not too much to do around but very quick tuk tuk journey in to town - lots of bars etc there really liked the organic sky bar

Pros: Very welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are big enough with very nice authentic vibe. Beds are comfortable and clean. The hotel is in walkable distance from the main attractions. The food in the restaurant is very good with reasonable price. I liked my stay there and will definitely come there again

Cons: Sheets and towels very old therefore thin and gray. The bathroom is incredibly small, so you are taking a shower almost in the sink. The last day we asked the person at the front desk to book tickets to Chau doc by boat. At first he gave us a paper that said 25 US each, but at the moment that he booked our places in the boat, he said that the price of the boat had gone up and now it was 30 US each. We agreed because we trusted him, but when we passed by an agency we asked for the price of the tickets and it was 26 US for the same boat that we had booked at the hotel. So when we arrived to the hotel, we complained and told them that we were not going to pay overpriced tickets, so they agreed 26 US each.

Free laundry is a nice service (and very unusual these days) but I wasn't there long enough to use it.
Cons: The view from my room was pretty average, and there's no lift in the building, which is no big deal if your on one of the first couple of floors, but was a bit tiresome being up on the 3rd floor, and would be a deal breaker if you have mobility issues.

Cons: It looked like they forgot to clean the bathroom before my check-in. The room (which didnt have a window or working exhaust fan) also smelled like cigarette when I arrived. I had to leave the door open to diffuse the smell somehow.
