Cons (-) When we arrived at 9 p.m. I found out that the room I had paid for was no longer available. I had myself and a female companion and two kids and the room only had one bed in it. I had paid for a double but there were none left available. I tried to get the front desk staff to help but they told me there was nothing I could do unless I wanted to just leave.
