Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the port, metro, and ferry terminals, making it very convenient for short stays and transit. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding the rooms and linens clean and staff polite, while others report issues with hygiene and indifferent service. The value for price is considered reasonable by some, especially for a brief stay, but others feel the facilities are outdated and basic. Overall, the hotel is seen as a practical choice for travelers needing easy access to transport, but expectations should be kept modest regarding comfort and amenities.
