Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient and central location, making it easy to access local attractions and transportation. However, many reviews highlighted negative experiences with service, particularly in the restaurant and reception, citing slow, inattentive, or rude staff. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with issues ranging from poorly maintained facilities to inadequate room cleaning. Breakfast received frequent criticism for its lack of variety, poor quality, or disappointing experience compared to expectations for a four-star hotel. Despite these drawbacks, some guests noted positive aspects such as spacious rooms and helpful staff in certain instances.
