Plane and flight were fine once we got aboard and underway.

Flight was over an hour late and that was very inconvenient since people were waiting for me. Boarding was disorganized and practically a riot. Airport at Catania changed departure gate 3 times, causing great confusion.

1. Flight expensive....and ontop you pay 40€ for 20kg 2. Flight was at 13:35, when booking online, it says u can check in online 2 hrs before flight. If u dont you pay 50€ fee to checkin at airport ( absolutely rediculous to start with!!!!!) However, i tried to checkin online at 09:40 and payed for my suitcase, once i payed for my case, not only it didnt send me confirmation of payment or receipt, it asked for my passport details and date of birth which i entered... and then it told me the flight has already departed and wouldnt let me checkin. after 4 attempts trying.... my father called ryanair to ask for advise on what to do with this situation, and was told that we can checkin at the airport. We go to Pafos airport, where staff of ryanair at checkin were extremely rude.... and after explaining the situation... told us we must pay €50 to check in and get on my flight... told us to go to the other side of the airport to pay. We tried to explain the situation to another extreeeemely rude member of staff called Evi... who says she needs proof that i couldnt check in... so i showed her the emails i had received from ryanair.... and she said she could see it on her screen that i was in the ryanair site... but said she needed a print screen to prove it.... how pathetic!!! Then when questioning why emails from ryanair were not sufficient proof she said she is just doing her job and she doesnt care because she doesnt work for ryanair. Ironicaly told us to pay and have a nice day. We paid. And will make a huge complaint... and advertise how pathetic this airline is... not only the rules, they even ignore their own rules, as they have the rudest staff both ground and on board im sure they need the extra money to understandably employ better staff or maybe get better planes... or hopefully follow monarch so bad airlines get out and leave the good ones to do their job professionally. The way they service ob is another story. Staff look exhausted... unmotivated and very unhappy. I work for the crewing dept of an international shipping company... where we arrange travel for officers and crew hourly 24/7 , 365 days a year.....and will make sure that under no circumstances do we use ryanair as it will reflect badly on our company. I paid €250.00 for the ticket + €40.00 20kg + €50.00 because they wouldnt let me check in. = €340.00 €340.00 i could have gone with a better airline... had a happier flight.... not feel ripped off...and not been spoken to so rudely. I never complain. But this experience was continuously awful. And i will make sure this is expressed world wide. Cheating people is unacceptable. If i was late to try check in, or i did something wrong, or i was rude, or if the flight cost was rediculously low. i would understand.. but i paid good money for a ticket, too much money for a 14kg bag and ontop extra for the fault of the airlines webpage & acepted attitude!!Lesson learned!! For sure they will lose alot more than 1 customer!!!!

The connecting flight got canceled and 24 hours latter we are still in the airport trying to get to our final destination.

We rebooked our flight to another flight firvthe following day and that one got canceled too. They have not returned our luggage yet. They said within a week we'll get our luggage. The worst company on the planet. Do not fly them. Our vacation has turned into a nightmare. We had to repurchase tickets with a different company so we can get to our final destination. We don't know if we'll get reimbursed for any portion of this.

I missed my direct connection to Bucharest from London, I had to arrive 12h later and fly to Bucharest through Vienna. One of my luggages was lost and after 3 days still haven't heard back. I was given a number to call and ask for new regarding my luggage and no one ever picked up. Tried calling it for days. The woman from the British Airways counter literally told us 'I'm not going to apologize for delaying you for 12 hours since it wasn't my personal fault'.

Never flying with them again. Terrible service, uncomfortable, delayed by 12h, and had to travel for a total of more than 24h.

The staff were pleasant and helpful on board I didn’t have any food and there wasn’t any entertainment

I didn’t like that there was absolutely nobody at the airport to answer any questions or just guide you in the right direction

1.The flight had a delay for about 45 minutes 2.It was nowhere displayed in the airport from Wizz behalf. 3.Kayak somehow knew about it, because I received an email, but everywhere in the airport , or in the Wizzair app was saying nothing about delay.This was creating a total confusion to me and any other passanger around me. 4.The delay was displayed in the airport only with 5 minutes before the schedulled time to fly , not even for gate closing time. 5.I couldn't access any of my connections about coming for at a certain time in order to be picked up, or transfered to my next destination. 6.The Wizz apps is a crap...doesn't work good at all. 7.No information about gate of departure until last moment. overall awful!!!

I wasn't to bucharest because on the phone the laidy said to me i can travel with my driving license because my id was lost and at the gate they stop me i lost all money from ticket plus transport to airport and back you should refound my money this company is the most worst company in the world

NOTHING! !!! VERY POOR wizz air!!

Hi. I don't understand why I have to pay £31.50 for check-in???!! Why nobody send me email with this information? ?!! I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!

Arrived only slightly delayed

They made my boyfriend pay 35 gbp for a case 5 cams longer than their stipulation. Yet, lots of other passengers didn't have to pay. Sheer discrimination. Crew is unfriendly and refused to help me place my bag in over head locker. Really poor professional s
