Despite a large wedding going on in one of the ballrooms, the hotel room was quiet and kids had pool to themselves. Breakfast was great, and the waitress was superb (Ann I think).
Hot tub would be a nice addition.
Warm comfortable clean spacious room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Good good in history too.
I prefer liquid body wash rather than bar soaps
This hotel is conveniently located to all attractions, is comfortable and clean.
Friendly front desk staff, nice facility, decent price, great location.
Skip the restaurant -mediocre food at expensive prices and no drinks served before late afternoon. They also seemed understaffed when I was there, the wait staff was a bit frazzled.
After check-in, the manager met me at the room to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. This is a rare commodity in today's hotel industry.
Pretty much what we expected
Comfortable beds. Welcoming staff. Ease of check-in/check-ou
The wireless reception was non-existent in our room
Need to come again
My son said he felt like he was leaving home.
Some people in town were rude but.... But everyone at the hotel was kind.
Renovated rooms nice. Staff tried to be accommodating concerning renovations. Renovating workman were considerate and polite. Free parking was great. Good location for walking to sights and eating on wharf.
Breakfast food and staff need help.
