Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring Ponferrada. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests found the rooms to be small and some experienced uncomfortable beds. Noise from the street or internal sources was also a concern for a few visitors.
