Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, close to the port, city center, and transport links, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff receives frequent praise for their friendliness and attentiveness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reviewers mentioning issues such as dirty bathrooms, unclean rooms, and the need for renovation in some areas.
