Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the mall, restaurants, and business areas, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. Many guests also mention friendly and helpful staff as a positive aspect. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, including dusty rooms, mold, and stained linens, as well as issues with room size and amenities. Some guests found the breakfast to be average or lacking in variety. Overall, while the location and staff are highlights, improvements in cleanliness and room comfort are needed.
