Pros (+) Stay at Kspok was a breeze. From check in to checkout was seamless. Staff was very helpful and professional. Access to recreation and urban areas ideal.
Cons (-) Only drawback, isles were a little narrow.
Pros (+) I was only at the Kapok for one nite and booked last minute and I couldn't have had a better experience at Kapok. When I arrived, they were warm and welcoming and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a King-sized bed. I slept diagonally and like a baby. the next morning I had a meeting at noon and they happily gave me an xtra hour so I could take my meeting in private and then check out at 1. there ...
