Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's 24/7 pool, convenient location near key attractions and medical facilities, and some aspects of the breakfast. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and even reports of pests such as roaches and bed bugs. Bed comfort was also a recurring issue, with several guests finding the beds too hard or too soft. While some guests found the staff helpful and the rooms comfortable, the negative experiences with hygiene and maintenance were prominent.
