Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, attentive and friendly service, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent on-site restaurants, and high standards of cleanliness. Many highlighted the beautiful views, especially from the rooms and rooftop, and the warm, welcoming staff who went above and beyond to meet their needs. Some minor criticisms included outdated decor, occasional noise in lower-floor rooms, and a few issues with amenities or charges, but these were far outweighed by the positive experiences. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its luxury, atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality.
