The location is convenient. The metro is a 5 minute walk away as well as the bus station.
It seems to be a popular hotel as there are many hotel guests at reception early morning. Sometimes if we come down late for breakfast there are not cutlery left such as spoons. The drinks and snacks in the vending machine in the downstairs lobby are a bit over priced. For example a water bottle costs 60 CZK. When we bought a similar one in the town markets or even in the airport, it costs 30 CZK. So you are paying double price. It costs cheaper to buy a ticket to metro which is 24 CZK. I hope the staff management reduces the price of water or consider installing a water cooler where guests can refill at a minimal cost.
gym, swimming pool/sauna, breakfast, clean rooms, staff
far from city center but there is a metro station nearby
The pool was nice. The restaurant is overpriced compared to other restaurants but food is ok. The staff responded kindly to my request of getting a floor towards the top floor.
Room cleaning was at an odd time in the middle of the afternoon... Usually was there at the time. Color scheme from the 80s... I felt like in goodby Lenin. The hotel in general is average at best. They do provide clean rooms and all kinds of services, but nothing is specially good.
The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The hotel was really great value for your money - clean, breakfast included, good facilities, right by the metro station.
The hotel was super clean and the room and beds were really comfy. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are really dull, could use a nice garden. Connection to the city centre was perfect even at night(3-4am). Restaurant is not big enough for breakfast, it was crowded at times and restacking was often late (coffee machine, juices, etc).
Parking should be free for guests but I understand that other hotels charge comparable prices also.
