Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach and its beautiful ocean views. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted the peaceful atmosphere and direct beach access. However, there were frequent complaints about the quality and availability of amenities, inconsistent cleanliness, and occasional maintenance issues in rooms and common areas. While some guests enjoyed comfortable beds and clean rooms, others noted problems with towels, linens, and room odors.
