Pros (+) Very comfortable rooms. Good tv channel selection. Nice courtyard/lounge area. Nice coffee bar next door. Beach is a short walk away. Markets and restaurants within close walking distance.
Cons (-) Surrounding areas need new sidewalks, traffic control lights, and cross-walks.
