Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to shops, beaches, and local attractions. Spacious rooms and beautiful views are also frequently mentioned as positives. However, there are repeated complaints about the quality of service, with several guests noting unresponsive or unfriendly staff and issues with room cleaning. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others reporting lapses. The breakfast and buffet offerings are often described as repetitive and lacking in variety. Overall, while the location and room size are standout features, improvements in service and dining could enhance the guest experience.
