Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests found the hotel's atmosphere and room size to be positive aspects, with some mentioning helpful staff and enjoyable activities for families. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, lack of restaurant availability or quality, and cleanliness issues, including pest problems and unpleasant odors. Food quality and variety were also commonly criticized, and some guests experienced maintenance issues in their rooms. Overall, while there are highlights in ambiance and space, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and dining.AI-generated from customer reviews
